Guinness have launched a pub finder mobile site as a St Patrick’s day planner. Interesting to note they are hosting the campaign site on their own sub-domain at m.guinness.com.au.

Customers enter their birth date (presumably to preclude the under 18s) then choose a location to see a list of irish pubs in the area. They can then select pubs, add them to a planner and send the details to friends.

The site uses Google Maps to show pub locations. This campaign is simple & fun, and the user experience is intuitive. The premise is not only clear & compelling but also useful… I like!
